Check out the products from the company SurfRecon.

They have a thumb drive that you plug in to your USB and it displays all files (even deleted ones). It even notifies you of child pornography. When it finds images, you can choose to display them blurred, so you don't have to have images burned on your mind. It is what law enforcement uses to search computers for illegal porn.
No software needed. It is about 40.00.

I found out about it on Pink Cross's website. Pink Cross is a ministry started by a former porn star and she reaches out to sex industry workers. Check it out. There are video testimonies by former porn stars about all the abuse they endured and how they found God and got out.
