I am writting this to encourage anyone who is standing in faith for their spouse. It was 65 days of seeking God regarding my marriage with no sign, not even a word, from my spouse - nothing!... God would wake me up very early "get up we have work to do." I was fighting anger, rejection, doubt, low self-esteem and fear daily..But on day 65 still with no communication I started to wonder if I had heard God or not..... so i said to Him crying rather desperately "If this is of you and not just me being decieved you need to make my husband call me.or write me. or something!...even just 1 line in a email !!!! that was monday June 7 ..on friday the 11th I was going to close down my email account (hadn't used it in a while) but when I logged on there was an email from my husband..Just 1 line!! he wrote it on the 8th yup ..There is so much more that has gone on since then..but let me say this; God is in the marriage restoration business if we will but dare to trust him and PRAY seriously seeking His face...If you believe in God then you know this is a spiritual battle..the enemy wants to destroy your marriage, and drag your spouse off to hell if he can...DON"T let him..this might offend some but i personally got to the point where I said out loud " Lord if you are not capable of restoring my marriage-when I am doing all you are asking of me- praying, interceeding, seeking your face and adjusting "MY attitude"-then why should I serve you?" that night I dreampt I was standing on the bible and heard the words "stand on my Word"... it works...there will be lots of ppl who will tell you to throw in the towel but only listen to what Gods Word says and stay the course..It is hard but you can do it in His strength If He's willing to restore my marriage He can restore ANY marriage..thank God I have my husband back!- I hope this encourages somebody
thanks for all your prayers

I whole heartedly believe God is always around us. What I've seen in my experience with my husband's sex addiction is that he is not always around us in the way that we want.
I don't look for specific signs from God. I look at what I have. Let me explain.....
- The marriage counselor we have was picked out of a phone book years ago. We now know that she has special training with sex addiction.
- We have wonderful friends that we met as neighbors 20 years ago. We now know that they have been struggling with the effects of childhood sexual abuse in their marriage for 18 years. They have been a tremendous source of comfort and support.
- My husband's boss struggles with addiction of another nature and is very supportive of time off for therapy sessions.
There are many, many more examples that I can site. I can't look at all this and say "just coincidence". This all has to be part of his divine plan.
GOD IS ALWAYS AROUND US...WE JUST DON'T ALWAYS LOOK IN THE RIGHT PLACE!
Best to you
