It might be a good idea to move the Terms of Service section to the top of the page, right under New Registrations, to draw it to the attention of new members like me. I only discovered it yesterday after making about 8 posts. Don't think I would have said anything differently, but it would have been better to know the rules before posting.

| I tend to agree, and might add that it could be called Guidelines, or Rules, For Posting, as I think a lot of people figure TOS's are just standard legalese and don't read them.
