Dear christians, brothers and sisters: It happens that someone tells me that "God has told" and I wonder how did He tell that to you? Can someone who has heard God's voice explain me how He talked and what you had to do to hear His voice?
I can doubt whether I am a christian or not..

I think you and I have talked about this before, maybe.
Twice, during very earnest prayers, I have found ideas forming in my mind with the clarity of words, so that I could quote a message. More commonly, I have the experience of praying and waiting patiently for an answer, and I find that it is absolutely clear to me what course I need to take.
Now, it's perfectly possible to argue that these are psychological phenomena unconnected with God. I have no answer to those objections. They may be right. I also engage in a Tibetan visualization/free association practice that has nothing to do with Christianity but from which I gain important insights no doubt from my unconscious mind but which I perceive as coming from someplace other than my own mind and will. Maybe what I ascribe to God has the same origin. Maybe there isn't a difference, if the kingdom of God is within us. All that's too deep for me. I do know that following what I learn from those words and feelings is helping to bring me peace. It's motivating me to do right things that I don't want to do. And it's keeping me sober. So whether it comes from God or not, I don't really know or care. I'm finding a new life either way. Beyond that, I maintain an amiable openness to many interpretations.
This is just my experience and not Christian teaching or the teaching of any church or person beyond me. But it is my personal experience.

Thanks Tim
It might be better to look at the fruits than to look at those who say all the right things? Matthew 7,17: A good tree gives good fruit and a bad tree gives bad fruit..

It's hard to be honest, i.e. about doubts. Then I often get a lot of people who wanna explain a lot of things. Maybe I actually wanna be seen, respected and valued, not explained something like I was an object that someone could be better than and be higher ranked than.
