I need prayer for strength, courage and hope for where I'm going in God. I'm continually fighting my addiction with masturbation and pornography and I need much prayer for grace. And that God would be revealed to me in deeper ways. I need to feel His love more than anything right now. I need prayer for my relationship with my family and friends. And for more grace as I plan to share my struggles with my closest guy friend this week. GRACE GRACE GRACE IS NEEDED!!!
Thanks for everything, I will keep you guys in my prayers also. You have all blessed me greatly. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!

Lovesick4god - prayer is something I didn't do habitually until about 2006 when a big change occurred in my life. God challenged me after I'd said a prayer of resignation - a prayer giving myself - or what was left of it - to Him. Prayer is something to do any place, any time and not just for troubled times. My prayer for you is that your relationship with your family will grow deeper and the issues of the past will be healed. I pray that the struggle that brings you here will be like a fading - soon vanished memory - as your love for God grows deeper.
You are a great encouragement. I hope you'll want to stay here and encourage those of us who are losing hope and to just fellowship with us here. God bless you.

Thank you so much for the prayer and encouragment. I hope to stay here no matter what, and share God's love as much as I can. God specifically gave me deep compassion in about 06 I think it was. It was at a conference, and he visited me and gave me a deep love and compassion for people. And now, I have much compassion for those especially trapped in masturbation and pornography and any other sexual addictions. I long to see the world free from this crap. It saddens me that so many loose their love, passion, gratefullness, personality and character (only to list a few) to sexual addictions. It's not worth it and I hope we can all, including myself, learn that together.

| Lovesick, you're way ahead of most of us who struggled with porn/sex addiction in that you're starting at a young age to get help, instead of waiting for a trainwreck in marriage. May God richly bless you.
