please pray that the stressors of recently finding out my parter has a sex addiction to prostitutes will not harm our unborn child.
please pray that he or she will be born healthy and knowing how loved and wanted he or she is.

I will pray for you and your child. I am so sorry that you have to go through this. I was 8 mths pregnant when I found out thAT MY HUSBAND TRIED to have "relations" with his x wife.I remember after the baby was born that my husband wasn't really there and because of everything I kind of freaked.
So I just tried to bond with the baby and I kind of did; but not the way I imagined/ it took about 3 whole weeks and I thought I was the most terrible mom ever, then I realized that if I cared so much I couldn't be so terrible! I think every mom goes through the same thing. You are going to love that baby no matter what. Just hang on, youwill see. You have to be strong for that baby even if you werent for yourself. This is a person that you brought into this world and therefore you have a responsibility to make sure this child is okay.
Your major decision should be your child. do what is best for him/her. you are second.
Please let me know how you are. I am sure you will feel different after having the baby. good luck

| thank you everyone for your prayers. i am doing ok for now and everything seems ok with the baby. i left my partner as i was unable to cope. i need to do what is best for my baby and the stress was getting too much as well as the fear that he may give me another disease while i am pregnant. thank you all so much again for your prayers.

sad to hear you going through such difficult days especially when you are pregnant....praying for you.... sometimes we have to make very difficult decisions, alot of us know how hard it can be and with your distressing situation you have done the right thing to protect yourself and your precious blessing within at this time.
God is with you, let Him be your strength and fortress. Praying that God would encircle you and your baby with His protecting love. Have you got any support, someone to go through the 'baby' stuff with?

Hello Everyone.
I have not been back here for a long time but just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers. I have a beautiful 16 month old son who is thriving and healthy. We see his father but he is still struggling with his addiction so sadly my son does not get to have a normal relationship with his dad.

Thanks Goldnugget for returning to tell us the good news about your son. God bless you in the coming year and years. I do remember praying several times for you and the terrible situation you were in. Very glad to hear that you and your baby are well.
