When I saw the movie Fireproof in the theater, I was moved greatly by its powerful message. Seven years ago, my wife Donna founded Freedom Keepers a ministry that helps broken, hurting people overcome past abuse in thier lives. During that time, we have seen dozens of people and marriages brought to the brink of destruction by internet pornography. I was brought to Psalm 51. David was a man after God's own heart, yet he also had issues that began with setting his eyes upon something that was forbidden. He repented, and cried out to God to create in him a clean heart. That is the inspiration for this song. I pray that it is an encouragement to you.
